A call center is a facility  where customer and other telephone calls are handled by an organization, The call center are becoming more and more digitized and equipped with monitoring and recording systems to improve efficiency.

the basic equipment needed to establish a call center is a PBX to accept umltiple customers calls simultaniously  , an IVR to divert the call to the right personal and Call Center management  system. which recoginzed the call record & archive it and provides the  support stuff  essential data about the calling customer.
